About CallCenter-l

A communication device for staff of the Call Center. This method of communicating can be used to inform all Call Center staff of office process, procedures, notices or general information.

Using CallCenter-l
To post a message to all Call Center list members, send email to callcenter-l@mail.pittstate.edu.

All employees will be subscribed to the list. Change your existing subscription in the sections below.

Subscribing to CallCenter-l

Subscribe to CallCenter-l by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the administrator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the members list is not available to non-members.

    You must enter a privacy password. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
